Answer

In order to progress to the next Segment in the Module, you must watch the lecture segment in its entirety. A common error  is leaving the video right before it is over. 

Please do not exit the Learning Environment until the video stops. This will ensure that you receive a green check mark next to the lecture segment.

If this problem persists, please e-mail support@execonline.com and a member of the ExecOnline team will be able to check the functionality of your account and skip you ahead if need be.
