I finished watching a video but cannot advance to the next Segment or Module.

Answer
When you complete a video lecture, please be sure to press the red "Go to Next Segment" button at the bottom left of the screen. This allows the platform to register your completion of the given segment and give you access to the next.  

The entire lecture video must be completed before the “Go to Next Segment” button will turn red and allow you to advance to the next segment since the program is designed to be completed in a sequential manner. If you have completed the entire lecture and the button still does not turn red, follow the steps below:

1. Log out of the Executive Engagement Platform and log back in. Then, click on the segment you were watching and fast forward the lecture video. It is also advisable to attempt using a different internet browser if available to you. 

2. Watch the last 30 to 60 seconds of the lecture video and look for the “Go to Next Segment” button on the bottom left of the screen to turn red.
