I’m experiencing issues with audio/video during a live session. What can I do?

My video/audio isn’t working well. How can I troubleshoot? Why can’t I hear or see during the live session?

For the best live session experience, we recommend using the Chrome browser and ensuring that your camera and microphone permissions are enabled. If possible, try using a hardwired internet connection, as it tends to provide more stability than Wi-Fi. Closing any other apps or browser tabs that might compete for bandwidth (like Zoom or Teams) can also help. Lastly, clearing your cache and restarting your browser can often resolve most issues.
