General Guidelines for Corporate Account Clients
Corporate clients are advised to:
Partner with ExecOnline to test endpoints, embedded components, and participant features.
Address potential restrictions from firewalls, proxies, or network policies.
Considerations for IT Testing:
SaaS user management policy requirements.
Network differences between sites, user levels, or departments.
Global/local access authorization.
VPN, proxy connections, or web-gateway filtering effects.
Remote desktop or virtual desktop technology compatibility.
Admin rights, Active Directory settings, or content safelisting.
For non-corporate users, we recommend using personal devices to avoid potential restrictions.

Office Suite: Microsoft Office or a compatible suite for .docx, .pptx, .xlsx formats.
PDF Viewer: Adobe Acrobat Reader or equivalent.
Optional: ExecOnline iOS app for iOS 13.0+ devices. Note that some functionalities are limited on the app.

ExecOnline uses an HTML5-based video player and hosts some content on Vimeo. Ensure your browser supports HTML5.
Live Events & Coaching Sessions
Technology: WebRTC-based video conferencing via Daily, accessible directly in the browser (no installation required).
Recommendation: Use Google Chrome for optimal experience.
Interactive Content
Some content is built using Storyline 360, with examples available here.
Forms, Surveys, and Assessments
Presented via Alchemer.com. Ensure your Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies allow access.
Document Management
File uploads/downloads require Microsoft Office or PDF viewers.
View-only access uses Box.com’s embedded previewer (content not hosted on Box).
Email Delivery
Safelist ExecOnline email domains and IP ranges to ensure proper delivery:

Bandwidth
A connection of 2 Mbps or higher is required. Test your bandwidth at Speedtest.net.
Connectivity in China
