💬 Start with the Help Widget

Click the question mark icon in the bottom-right corner of your screen to open the Help Widget.

From there, you can:

🧾 Create a Ticket

Use this option if you're facing a blocker or need help with a specific request.

  • Your ticket goes directly to our Help Desk.

  • You will be asked to input a subject line, description of your issue, and include any necessary attachments. For the fastest resolution, please include all relevant details, such as:

    • A clear description of the issue

    • Any error messages you received

    • Screenshots or screen recordings (if applicable)

  • Our team will review your request and respond as soon as possible.

  • Your ticket reference will appear in the Help Widget, so you can easily track progress and follow up if needed.


🤖 Ask a Question (Chat with Eddy, our AI Support)

Have a question about ExecOnline products, platform features, or best practices?

  • Start a conversation with Eddy, our AI-powered support agent.

  • Eddy can guide you, answer questions, and surface relevant Knowledge Base articles.

  • Your chats will appear in the Help Widget, so you can easily refer back to past chats and follow up if needed.
