How do I reset my password?

I forgot my password. How can I retrieve or reset it? I can’t log in because my password isn’t working. Can I reset it?

Resetting your password is simple! Just go to the login page and select “Forgot Password.” Follow the prompts, and you’ll receive an email with a link to create a new password. If the link doesn’t work, try copying and pasting it into your browser directly. Remember, your new password should include at least 8 characters, an uppercase letter, lowercase letter, a number, and a special character. If you don’t see the reset email, check your spam or junk folder. If issues persist, please reach out to us for additional support or consult your IT team if your organization uses Single Sign-On (SSO).
