ExecOnline offers coaching sessions in various languages, including English, Spanish, French, Japanese, and more. This ensures leaders worldwide can engage effectively with their coaches in their preferred language.


Q: Who are the coaches at ExecOnline?


A: Our coaches are certified professionals with extensive experience in leadership and organizational development. They bring diverse industry expertise and provide thought-provoking guidance to help you overcome challenges and achieve your goals.


Q: How are ExecOnline coaching sessions conducted?


A: Coaching sessions are conducted online through the ExecOnline platform, making them accessible anywhere. Sessions typically last 30 minutes and are tailored to your specific leadership challenges and development goals.


Q: How are coaches selected for participants?


A: After completing the Orientation survey, you’ll be shown up to three coach profiles based on your preferences and program goals. You can review their bios and introductory videos before making your selection.


Q: How long is the Leadership Coaching program?


A: Program durations have been specified by your program sponsor. You’ll be able to see the days available on your Dashboard (shown as "You may continue to schedule sessions with your coach until ____").


Q: Is there a deadline for registration?


A: Yes, we encourage participants to register within 14 days of receiving the onboarding emails for Leadership Coaching. You can log onto the platform at any time to get started but will stop receiving reminders after 14 days.


Q: Can I discuss my development goals with someone before starting?


A: Absolutely! We encourage discussing your goals with your direct manager before starting coaching sessions. This ensures alignment with your organization’s objectives and maximizes the impact of your coaching experience.


What should I do after receiving an enrollment invitation to Leadership Coaching?

​A: Click on the link provided in your onboarding email to register. Complete the Orientation Survey, which helps you define your focus and goals for the program. Then, select a coach based on the profiles provided. See more in Leadership Coaching: Enrollment and Onboarding.


Q: How do I get started with Leadership Coaching?


A: First, you'll need to register on the ExecOnline platform and enroll in the Leadership Coaching program. Once completed, you'll click to begin your Leadership Coaching experience and answer a few questions about your goals and schedule preferences.

Based on your responses, you’ll be matched with up to three coaches. You can review their profiles and introductory videos to choose the coach that best suits your needs.


Q: How do I book additional sessions?

​A: Simply log in to the ExecOnline platform and use the scheduling tool to book your next session. You can schedule sessions as needed, but we recommend allowing time between sessions to reflect and act on insights.


Q: How often should I schedule sessions?

A: To get the most out of coaching, we recommend scheduling sessions at least two weeks apart. This allows time to reflect and act on the insights and action items discussed in each session.


Q: What if I need to cancel or reschedule a session within 24 hours of my coaching session?

A: If you need to change your Leadership Coaching session time within 24 hours, please email coaching@execonline.com. We will try to contact your Coach to see if we can make the adjustment.
