A: After selecting your coach, you can view their availability and book a session directly through your ExecOnline dashboard. It’s as simple as selecting a date and time that works best for you.
A: Use the embedded scheduling tool on the ExecOnline platform to select available dates and times based on your time zone. Once scheduled, you’ll receive a confirmation email and see the session listed in your dashboard. You’ll receive a calendar invitation and a reminder email 24 hours before your session, containing all the details needed to join.
Q: How often should I schedule sessions?
A: To get the most out of coaching, we recommend scheduling sessions at least two weeks apart. This allows time to reflect and act on the insights and action items discussed in each session.
Q: Can I reschedule or cancel a session?
A: Yes, you can reschedule or cancel sessions directly through the platform if it’s more than 48 hours before the session start time. For changes within 48 hours, please email us at coaching@execonline.com with your preferred alternative date and time, and we’ll assist you.
