We’re excited to announce a new functionality designed to make navigating your programs easier and more intuitive: Back/Forward Navigation Buttons. This update introduces a ‘Previous Segment’ button, allowing participants to revisit content they’ve already completed within a program.
What’s New?
Participants enrolled in a program will now see the Previous Segment button available across all segment types, except for the first segment in the program. Combined with the existing ‘Next Segment’ button, this functionality streamlines navigation, saving time and enhancing understanding.
Key Features:
Navigate Backward: Easily revisit completed program content using the Previous Segment button.
Retain Progress: If you navigate back to review content and log out, the platform will resume from your furthest point in the program upon your next login, ensuring forward progression is preserved.
Seamless Experience: Participants can move between segments with the Previous Segment and Next Segment buttons, providing a smoother, more user-friendly experience.
Forward Navigation Rules
The Next Segment button behavior remains consistent with existing navigation rules:
Always Displayed for Overview segment types.
Not Shown for Survey and Assignment segments, where forward progression is managed by specific activity buttons.
Displayed Only Upon Completion for Presentation, Lecture, and Dynamic segment types.
