Enhancement: Updated Design for Reset Password Emails

The Reset Password email now looks more similar to other messages sent by the ExecOnline platform.

The Reset Password email was among the first automated communications supported by the ExecOnline platform, but hasn't had a facelift since it was released way back in 2017 - until now 🀩

We've updated the design template for the Reset Password email so it now follows the a visual design similar to other platform communications like invitations and program reminders.

  • Brand Recognition: Using a consistent email template will help participants quickly identify and recognize different communications from ExecOnline.

  • Deliverability: The enhanced design will help email filtering programs to verify and deliver reset password emails more efficiently.

How It Works

Any platform user to request a password reset will receive the email with updated design. Reset links expire after 4 hours.

πŸ“­ Note: ExecOnline sends the reset password email 'immediately' upon request, but it may take a few minutes to be delivered (or longer) subject to enterprise mail filters and firewalls.

If you requested a password reset but haven't received the email we encourage checking spam folders or any email filtering programs your enterprise might be using.
