Yes, participants can hold both roles simultaneously but in different Learning Collections. Here's how it works:

  • Auditor in One Learning Collection: Participants can access multiple programs within a Learning Collection as an auditor, allowing flexible, non-sequential exploration without earning a graduation certificate.

  • Student in Another Learning Collection: Participants can follow the structured, sequential program as a student in a different Learning Collection, earning a certificate upon completion.

How to Identify Roles:

  • In the "Learning Collection" drop-down menu, auditor status is clearly labeled next to the Learning Collection title.

  • If no "auditor" label appears, the participant has been provisioned as a student for that Learning Collection.

Examples:

  • A participant may be an auditor in a "Leadership Development" Learning Collection to explore content freely and a student in a "Strategic Thinking" Learning Collection to complete it for credit.

  • Each role is independent and tailored to their learning needs.
