Enhancement: Skip Invitations for Learning Collections and Programs

Administrators can choose to skip sending email communications when inviting participants to a collection or program.

The logistics of coordinating access any learning platform can be complex, and sometimes a special message or 'offline' process might be required for a particular initiative (...or audience).

To support these unique situations administrators now have the option to skip sending emails when using AdminStudio to invite participants to a learning collection or program.

How It Works

When invitations emails are skipped participants will see the learning collection or program they were invited to the next time they login to the Learning platform, but they will not receive an email communication about it from ExecOnline (including reminders).

Administrators may 're-invite' the same participants later if they decide to send email invitations/reminders in the future.

Key Details:

  • Availability: Available to all admins when creating or editing a learning collection in AdminStudio.

Benefits for Admins

  • Flexible Onboarding: Intended for administrators using a sharepoint or other internal channel for onboarding instead of the ExecOnline email communications.
