How do I submit a Support ticket?

To submit a ticket, click the question mark icon in the bottom-right corner of your screen. Then, select "Create a ticket."

You will be asked to input a subject line, description of your issue, and include any necessary attachments. For the fastest resolution, please include all relevant details, such as:

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Any error messages you received

  • Screenshots or screen recordings (if applicable)
