Drop Program Button: Participants can now drop from an on-demand program directly from the program tile on their Dashboard.
Dropping Program Rules
Eligible Programs: Participants can drop from on-demand programs.
Non-Droppable Programs: Participants cannot drop from scheduled programs, leadership coaching or group coaching programs.
Confirmation Required: Participants must confirm their intent to drop and select a reason before completing the action.
Re-enrollment Flexibility: A participant can re-enroll in a previously dropped program as long as it remains available in their Learning Collection, license duration and the enrollment window is still open.
The Drop Program button is located within the kabob icon (three vertical dots) at the bottom right-hand corner of each on-demand and scheduled program.
