If your company uses single sign-on (SSO) to access ExecOnline, there's the option to launch ExecOnline directly from your SSO homepage — the same place you open any other work app. Just look for the ExecOnline tile and click.
❓ Not sure if your company uses SSO? If you sign in to ExecOnline through your company's login page (Okta, Microsoft Entra, etc.) rather than with a username and password on ExecOnline directly, you're using SSO.
How it works
If your company has added ExecOnline to your SSO homepage there will be a dedicated ExecOnline tile alongside the other apps you use every day.
Click it, and you'll land directly in your ExecOnline dashboard — already signed in, with your courses and programs right where you left them.
Open your SSO homepage — Go to the same place you access your other work applications — your Okta homepage, Microsoft My Apps portal, or similar.
Click the ExecOnline tile — Look for the ExecOnline logo. One click is all it takes.
You're in — You'll land on your ExecOnline dashboard, signed in and ready to go. No extra login screen.
Important note for legacy users
This is one more way to get in to ExecOnline — it doesn't replace anything. Your existing ExecOnline link still works exactly as before. Bookmarks, emailed links, and any other way you've been accessing the platform will continue to work.
Your course progress, certifications, saved content, and account settings are all untouched. Nothing has moved.
In short: same ExecOnline, same courses, same progress — just one more door to walk through. Use whichever is easier for you.
Common questions
My company doesn't use SSO. Does this apply to me?
This update is only for companies that use SSO to access ExecOnline. If you sign in with a username and password directly on ExecOnline, nothing has changed for you — keep signing in the way you always have.
I don't see an ExecOnline tile on my SSO homepage.
Your company may elect not to use this option. Check back in a few days, or contact your ExecOnline administrator to ask about access. In the meantime, your usual ExecOnline link still works.
Do I have to use the tile?
No. The tile is a new option, not a requirement. You can keep using your ExecOnline link or bookmark the same way you always have.
Will I lose my course progress?
No. Your progress, completions, certifications, and saved content are all the same regardless of how you sign in.
Can I still bookmark ExecOnline directly?
Yes. Your bookmark still works. The SSO homepage tile is just another way to get there.
I clicked the tile but got an error.
This usually means the email address on your company account doesn't match the one on your ExecOnline account. Reach out to ExecOnline Support — they can triage it.
