Q: How do I add participants to the People tab in AdminStudio?

A: Adding participants is a simple process, especially for bulk uploads. Here's a step-by-step guide:


Step 1: Navigate to the People Tab

  • Go to the People tab in AdminStudio.

  • Click the “Import participants” button to begin.


Step 2: Download the Sample File

  • Select Download sample.csv file to get a pre-formatted template.

  • Fill in the required details (e.g., names and emails) for the participants you want to add.


Step 3: Upload the File

  • Save the completed file as a .csv on your computer.

  • Return to AdminStudio and upload the file.

  • Review the participants listed in the upload to ensure accuracy before finalizing the import.


Step 4: Success! Finalize the Process

  • Once the upload is complete, your participants will be added to the People tab.

  • If needed, you can immediately assign them to an existing Group for easier management.


Q: Can I review participants before they’re added to the People tab?

A: Yes! AdminStudio allows you to review and confirm the participants listed in the uploaded file before finalizing the import, ensuring there are no errors.

Q: What if I only need to add a single participant?

A:In the future, we hope to introduce the ability to add one participant directly to the People tab in AdminStudio. In the current state, please continue to use the .csv import functionality.

Alternatively, you can provide a participant with a share URL to their Learning Collection.
