In the People tab, admins can oversee all learners associated with their organization. They can:
Import new participants from a CSV file
Search for participants by name or email
Create Groups of participants
Mark a participant as "Left the Organization"
View high-level participant license data
Allocate licenses**
Through the Participant view, they can filter participants by:
Preferred language
Last Login
Collection Membership
License Type
License Started Date
License Status
To access the Participants screen on the People tab:
Login at platform.execonline.com
Open the waffle-menu at the top-left and click on
AdminStudio
Click
People
at the top of the page to launch the Participants screen
