We’re excited to announce a new feature designed to keep learners engaged and informed: Featured Program Promotions in the Discovery Portal. This functionality highlights curated programs each month, making it easier for participants to discover impactful courses that align with current themes and thought leadership trends.
How It Works
Each month, the ExecOnline Marketing team will select a theme and identify programs that align with it. These featured programs will appear in a promotional section at the top of all organizations’ Learning Collections in the Discovery Portal.
Key Details:
Visibility: Featured programs are displayed only if the organization’s Learning Collection includes the program.
Placement: The promotional section sits at the top of the Discovery Portal, just below the header with the title, search, and filters. The position of this section cannot be adjusted by users.
Enrollment: Participants can click on the promotional banner to view program details and enroll directly. Once enrolled, they’ll see the standard confirmation screen to finalize their enrollment.

Important Information for Organizations
The Featured Program Promotions functionality is enabled by default for all organizations. If your organization prefers not to display the promotional section to participants, you can opt out by contacting the ExecOnline Technical Success team at support@execonline.com.
