Back in 2024 we introduced the Products area of AdminStudio for admins to get detailed, up-to-the-minute information on their organization's ExecOnline licenses, including current participant activity and availability.
Now we are bringing that information to the forefront with the new Activated Licenses metric on the AdminStudio Home screen. This lets admins know where they stand for the current license period every time they access AdminStudio, saving time and helping you ensure that ExecOnline is driving impact with the maximum number of leaders.
How It Works
The platform tracks all product licenses within the current license term, showing the number currently activated in use by participants alongside the total number available. This enables admins to easily monitor license utilization and availability in real-time.
Key Details:
Visibility: The Activated Licenses metric is displayed at the top of the AdminStudio Home screen.
Reliability: All license information is rigorously checked to ensure up-to-the-minute reporting you can rely on.
'Activation' defined: A license is considered Activated when a participant enrolls for a program in a learning collection. Activations are restricted when the number of Activated licenses reaches the number of purchased licenses.

Important Information for Organizations
The Activated Licenses metric is enabled by default for all admins. If your organization prefers not to display the metric to some admins you can opt out by contacting the ExecOnline Technical Success team at support@execonline.com.
