This exercise (and expertise) now lives in AdminStudio. Following a brief chat EXO AI will instantly recommend learning programs tailored to your enterprise and cohort goals, generate an informative welcome message, and publish a fully curated collection that your learners can access today.
How It Works
EXO AI is an expert on ExecOnline program details and will lead a conversation with the user, prompting them with a few questions to align their collection needs to programs:
What skills or competencies are you targeting for development?
What are strategic talent priorities for your organization?
What are strategic business priorities now and in the future?
What level of leadership are we focusing on?
What function or department are we targeting?
What key information should we include in a participant welcome message for the collection?
As the conversation progresses EXO will recommend programs and messaging, and preview the recommendations in a learning collection for participants. When the chat with EXO is complete the user can immediately publish the learning collection and begin onboarding participants, or continue to fine tune it manually.

Select the first option to chat with EXO.
Begin chatting with EXO. Note, each new collection starts out with the ExecOnline Essentials catalog of 120+ programs.
The learning collection preview is updated each time EXO provides new recommendations. You can publish or save the collection any time, but it is best to answer all of EXO's questions and also allow EXO to generate a collection welcome message.
When everything looks right and you are done chatting with EXO choose from one of three options to continue:
Publish Collection: get started onboarding participants right away
Create without Publishing: preview with other admins before you onboard participants
Save & Switch to Manual Editing: continue making refinements using the collection builder (no AI)
Click to continue and confirm that you are ready to end the chat with EXO.
Once the collection is published you can immediately start onboarding participants. 🎉
