A: A license grants a participant access to a specific set of ExecOnline products for a defined term of use. Participants activate their license upon enrolling in a course on the ExecOnline Platform.

Q: What is a term of use?
A: A term of use refers to the timeframe during which a participant can access and use the ExecOnline products available to them within their license.
For example:
If a participant is invited to a Learning Collection on January 1, 2026, and their term of use runs from January 1, 2026, through December 31, 2026, they can participate in any number of courses included in that license type in the Learning Collection(s) they have been invited to until the license's end date.

Q: Where can I see the licenses my organization purchased?
A: You can view your organization’s purchased licenses within AdminStudio.
Here’s where to look:
Home Screen: A quick summary of purchased licenses is displayed.
Products page:
View total licenses purchased.
See the percentage of licenses activated.
Check the total number of licenses available.
Filter data by active licenses, future licenses, and past licenses for additional details

Q: Where can I track license usage for my participants?
A: Use the Products page to track overall license usage and drill down to get more details. The Products page in AdminStudio lets you:
View an overall summary of all Product Licenses purchased, activated and available for your organization
See up-to-the-minute usage for each Product License, including participant details
Receive license insights based on the up-to-date utilization details
🔎 Use the filter at the top right to toggle views for Active, Expired and Future product licenses.

To get up-to-the-minute usage for each Product License, including participant details, start with the License Usage Overview.
2. Click to view the License Usage to Date for each product license. From there you can click again to view details for Allocated and Activated participants.
3. Details for Allocated and Activated participants will be displayed under the People section, pre-filtered and launched in a new tab.
