With the Premium ALP license, you can build a Learning Collection with ExecOnline's immersive Advanced Leader Programs plus any combination of ExecOnline's catalog of 120+ on-demand programs.
Within the Learning Collection builder in AdminStudio, you will have several options. Below are our best practices.
Select your Premium with Advanced Leader Programs license with the appropriate Term of Use date.

βInsert a title and description for your Learning Collection. You can also insert your company logo, which will sit to the right of your description text. Sample description messages can be found here.
βEnable the full Essentials catalog for the Learning Collection. This will allow participants to access the full 120+ on-demand library at the bottom of their Learning Collection screen.
4. Create a blank section that includes the full catalog of Advanced Leader Programs. This ensures your leaders can enroll in their ALP program of choice.
To easily select all ALP programs, we recommending filtering for Advanced Leader Programs, sorting them alphabetically, then clicking the "Add all filtered programs" button.
5. Select the appropriate ALP dates for each program. This ensures your participants can enroll in those dates once they have access.
6. (Optional) You can include other sections as well if you want to showcase other on-demand programs. We recommend trying one of ExecOnline's pre-curated sections (created to fit a variety of leader levels and competencies) or creating your own.
7. Preview your Collection and make edits, as necessary.

8. Share with AdminStudio collaborators and Publish when you are ready to invite participants.
Pro Tip: For a more controlled deployment, we recommend inviting participants or a Group directly to their ALP program. More information on inviting to a program can be found here.
