A term of use refers to the timeframe during which a participant can access and use the ExecOnline Products available to them within their license.
For example:
If a participant is invited to a Learning Collection on January 1, 2024, and their term of use runs from January 1, 2024, through December 31, 2024, they can participate in any number of programs included in that license type in the Learning Collection(s) they have been invited to until the license's end date.
Important Notes:
The term of use also determines when a license becomes available in AdminStudio for building Learning Collections.
