All of my participants in a Learning Collection are carrying over into a new term of use. Where can I update this?

This feature is not currently available in AdminStudio. To request updates, please submit a ticket to our Customer Support Team.

When requesting this update with Customer Support, please include the following details:

  • The licenses and terms of use

  • The title of the existing Learning Collection

  • Participant information (if applicable)
