My participant didn’t receive their invitation email from ExecOnline. How do I resend it?

Sometimes ExecOnline emails may end up in spam or junk folders, or they may be blocked by corporate email security programs. If the participant has checked these places and still cannot find the email, you can grant them immediate access using a Learning Collection shareable link.

How to Provide a Shareable Link:

  1. Go to the Learning Collection page in AdminStudio.

  2. Locate the relevant Learning Collection in the list.

  3. Open the three vertical dot menu on the right and select “Publish and Share.”

  4. Copy the shareable link from the screen and send it to the participant.
