Share your learning collection with other admins in your organization preview and collaborate on the final learning design.

The Share with Collaborators option allows the person who is building the learning collection in AdminStudio to choose the administrators within their organization who will have rights to view and manage it in AdminStudio. All collaborators must have access to AdminStudio.

Instructions

In the final step of building a new Collection, users will have the option to share the Collection with collaborators (other administrators within the organization that have access to AdminStudio) before publishing and sharing with participants.

Collaboration options include:

  • Private MOST RESTRICTIVE (default) - this setting keeps the Collection visible only to the owner of the Collection. No other admins will be able to view or edit the Collection when Private is selected.

  • Specific Groups - this setting will ensure that only admins who are members of pre-determined groups within your organization can view or edit the Collection. The groups and the admins within each group are managed by ExecOnline.

    • Note: If you do not see an option for Specific Groups, then none have been configured for your organization. Please reach out to your Account team if you would like any specific groups configured.

  • My Organization LEAST RESTRICTIVE - this setting will ensure that all admins that have access to AdminStudio within your organization will be able to view or edit the Collection.
