Instructions
In the final step of building a Learning Collection, admins will have the option to share the Learning Collection with collaborators (other administrators within the organization that have access to AdminStudio) before publishing and sharing with participants.
Collaboration options include:
Private
MOST RESTRICTIVE(default) - this setting keeps the Learning Collection visible only to the owner of the Collection. No other admins will be able to view or edit the Collection when Private is selected.My Organization
LEAST RESTRICTIVE- this setting will ensure that all admins that have access to AdminStudio within your organization will be able to view or edit the Learning Collection.
