Intent: To track program completions, celebrate success, and identify opportunities to encourage continuous learning among graduates.

How many people have graduated?
Go to the Engagement Summary Report.
Scroll down (if needed) to view the Graduations count, including the total number of participants who have graduated, along with the total number of graduations overall.
How many people recently graduated?
Go to the Engagement Summary Report.
Follow the steps from Recipe 3 for “How many people have graduated?”
At the top of the dashboard, find the filter for “Date Type”.
Set the “Date Type” filter to only view “Graduation” dates.
Find the filter for “Date Range”.
Set the “Date Range” filter with the recent enrollment window you would like to view.
Scroll down (if needed) to view the “Graduations” count, including the total number of participants who have graduated, along with the total number of graduations overall.
Tip: Use other filters like Collection and License to explore graduation trends for different participant segments.
Who are the graduated participants?
Go to the Engagement Summary Report.
At the top of the dashboard, find the filter for “Enrollment Status”.
Set the “Enrollment Status” filter to only view “Graduated” status.
Scroll down to the “Participant Summary” section of the report to view the graduated participants sorted by their time “Last Active” (most recent at the top).
What did the participants graduate from?
Go to the Engagement Summary Report.
Scroll down (if needed) to view the “Most Popular Programs” by number of graduates.
What are the program topics?
Follow the steps from Recipe 3 for “Who are the graduated participants?”
Still on the “Participant Summary” section, click the name for any participant to view their Participant Profile Report.
Still on the Participant Profile Report, scroll up (slightly) to see the In Focus Competencies for the graduations in view.
Hover over the bar chart to view detailed information about the program competencies.
Hover or click the background to display the options menu at the top right.
Click the option to “Drill down” and view the competencies for each specific program.
