Participants are managed from the People tab. From here, you can:

  • Add a single participant directly, or

  • Import multiple participants at once using a CSV file.

With these two options, you can add participants in the way that best fits your workflow - whether it’s one at a time or in bulk. When you complete either workflow, the participant(s) will appear in the Participants list.

Add a Single Participant

  1. Open the People tab

    1. Click Add Participant.

  2. Enter details

    • Start with the participant’s email address.

    • If the participant already exists, their first and last name will auto‑populate (you can edit them if needed).

  3. (Optional) Assign groups

    1. Select one or more groups from the list, or create a new group.

  4. (Optional) Allocate licenses

    1. Assign one or more licenses if the participant needs access to programs.

  5. Confirm

    1. Click Confirm to save. The participant will now appear in the People list.

Import Multiple Participants with a CSV File

  1. Open the People tab

    1. Click Import participants.

  2. Download the sample file

    1. Select Download sample.csv and fill in participant details (e.g., names and emails).

  3. Upload the file

    1. Save the completed file as a .csv and upload it back into AdminStudio. Review the participants listed to ensure accuracy.

  4. Finalize

    1. Confirm the upload. All participants will be added to the People list. You can immediately assign them to groups for easier management, or allocate a license.

Tips

  • Review before saving: Both workflows let you confirm details before participants are added.

  • Choose the right method: Use Add participant for one‑off additions, and Import participants for bulk uploads.

  • Licenses are they key: A participant must have a valid license to enroll in programs on the ExecOnline platform.
