How It Works
Step 1: Launch the Add Participant Flow
Access the Add Participant feature directly from your AdminStudio dashboard. Simply click the "Add Participant" button to begin.
Step 2: Enter Participant Details
Complete the simple form with the learner's information:
Basic information (name, email, job title, etc.)
Group assignments to organize learners
License allocation for current or future programs
Step 3: Review and Confirm
Before the participant is added to the platform, you'll see a confirmation screen summarizing:
Participant profile details
Group memberships
License allocations
This ensures everything is configured correctly before the participant receives their welcome email and platform access.
