Step 1: Navigate to the Learning Collection Tab
Go to the Learning Collection tab in AdminStudio.
Find the relevant Learning Collection in the main list.
Open the three vertical dot menu on the right-hand side and select “Manage Participant Access.”
Step 2: Open the Program List
You will be redirected to a screen showing Invited Participants with access to the Learning Collection.
Click on the “Program Access” sub-tab to view the program list.

In the Program Access tab, you'll find an alphabetical list of all programs within the published Learning Collection.
