Learning in the flow of work requires adaptability and the ability to pivot to newly relevant topics and competencies on the fly. ExecOnline's On-Demand Learning catalog is designed to accommodate this broad spectrum of engagement, now further enhanced with the introduction of Co-Enrollment for On-Demand Learning programs.

How It Works

Previously, participants had to complete an On-Demand Learning Program before enrolling in another. Now, participants can enroll in an On-Demand Learning program at any time, even if they are currently enrolled in another program.

Key Details

  • Learning in the Flow of Work: Licensed participants in an open access learning collection can enroll in On-Demand Learning programs at any time. They can be actively enrolled in multiple On-Demand Learning programs simultaneously by simply clicking 'Enroll' in the Discovery Portal.

  • No Change for Immersive Programs: Participants can still only enroll in one Immersive program per semester.

Benefits for Participants

  • More Learning Opportunities: Participants can access any On-Demand Learning program when it is most relevant and quickly apply their learnings for maximum impact.

Benefits for Admins

  • More Opportunities to Engage Participants: Admins can create new campaigns for specific learning collections or programs and onboard participants at any time, without enrollment-related restrictions.

Important Information for Organizations:

Co-Enrollment for On-Demand Learning is live for all organizations; there are no advanced configuration settings for this feature.
