Allocated Licenses: These refer to participants who have been invited to a Learning Collection or ExecOnline course. A license can be allocated multiple times, but it will not be considered used until it is activated.
Allocated licenses can be released in AdminStudio to prevent that participant from activating that license. More information can be found here.Activated Licenses: These refer to participants who have completed the enrollment process from an invitation to a Learning Collection, course, or product associated with their license.
Once a license is activated, it is removed from your organization’s pool of licenses available for future participants.
