Allocated Licenses: These refer to participants who have been invited to a Learning Collection or program. A license can be allocated multiple times, but it will not be considered used until it is activated.
Activated Licenses: These refer to participants who have completed the enrollment process from an invitation to a Learning Collection, program, or product associated with their license. Once a license is activated, it is removed from your organization’s pool of licenses available for future participants.
