You have the following options for managing your new licenses:
Create New Learning Collections
You can create new Learning Collections in AdminStudio for the new licenses.
If the term of use start date for the license is in the future, submit a ticket to our Customer Support Team for early access options.
Add Licenses to an Existing Cohort or Learning Collection
If you want to add the new license to an existing cohort (creating an extension for participants) or attach it to an existing Learning Collection, this process is managed by ExecOnline.
To request assistance, submit a ticket to Customer Support and include:
The licenses and terms of use
The title of the existing Learning Collection
Participant information (if applicable)
