What other communications do my participants receive during their program?

Participants may receive the following types of communications during their program, depending on the program type:

  • Reminder Emails: To encourage progress and completion of the program.

  • Surveys: Sent after sessions or upon program completion to gather feedback.

  • Program Invitations: Emails encouraging participants to select a new program for the duration of their license.
