Manage Participants and Groups
People tools allow admins to manage their learners as Participants and curate Participant Groups; admins can:
Import new participants
Create, view, update and remove Participant Groups
Add participants to groups
Remove participants from groups
Invite Participants and Groups to Collections and Programs
Once participants are imported and/or curated into groups in AdminStudio, admins can:
Invite participants and/or participant groups to Learning Collections, including scheduling a date-time for invitations to be sent
Invite participants and/or participant groups to a specific Program in a Learning Collection, including scheduling a date-time for invitations to be sent
View invited participants, invitation details and collection engagement
