Q: How can I register a participant to a course?


A: Registering a participant to a program is part of our invitation flow. For more information on how to invite a participant to an ExecOnline course, click here.


Q: How do I enroll a participant in a course manually?

A: This feature is not available in AdminStudio. In order for a participant to enroll, they must log onto the ExecOnline platform and take action in a course.



Q: Where can I see if my participant has accessed their course?

A: To check if a participant has accessed their program or Learning Collection:

  1. Navigate to the Learning Collection tab.

  2. Select “Manage Participant Access” from the three-dot vertical menu.

  3. Review the Invited Participants list for the following details:

    • Last Collection Access Date: Shows the most recent date the participant accessed their Learning Collection.

  4. Total Enrollments: Displays all enrollments for that participant within the Learning Collection, including their enrollment status and the date they enrolled.

    How do I remove a participant from a course?

This feature is not currently available in AdminStudio. However, participants can drop themselves out of a course, as needed (see New Feature: Drop Courses with Ease).
