We are excited to announce a groundbreaking new feature for participants in our on-demand programs: Smart Project Feedback from AI. This innovative functionality provides near real-time, rubric-based feedback on participants' leadership development projects, strengthening their implementation and impact.
What is Smart Project Feedback?
Participants enrolled in our on-demand programs can now receive comprehensive, AI-generated feedback on their Action Plans. Our AI tool evaluates each project against a standardized rubric that measures programmatic relevance, actionability, impact, innovation, and feasibility. This process ensures that every participant receives detailed, structured, and actionable insights.
How It Works
Participants will answer the questions in the Action Plan project throughout the program.
Participants will be prompted to opt in for AI feedback.
If they choose to opt in, they will receive detailed feedback at the end of the program after completing the ‘Review and Download Your Action Plan’ segment.
Participants who opt out will not receive any feedback.
Our AI evaluates the project by:
Reviewing the participant’s project against key concepts and learning objectives.
Analyzing project structure and requirements.
Assessing responses in depth to ensure alignment with course objectives.
Providing a detailed rubric-based assessment to guide improvement.

This feedback will be delivered as a PDF via an in-platform announcement and an email notification, helping participants refine their leadership development initiatives with confidence.

Our AI feedback is based on five key performance dimensions:
Relevance: How well does the action plan integrate key learnings from the program with real-world business challenges?
Actionability: Does the action plan provide clear, structured, and measurable steps for implementation?
Impact: What is the potential for the action plan to drive meaningful business outcomes?
Innovation: How creative and forward-thinking is the action plan in addressing organizational challenges?
Feasibility: Is the action plan realistic and sustainable within the participant’s organizational context?
Flexibility for Organizations
By default, this feature is enabled for all organizations utilizing on-demand programs with in-platform Action Plans. However, if an organization prefers not to use AI feedback, they can contact our Technical Support team at support@execonline.com to disable the feature. If disabled, participants will still have the option to opt in to video project feedback from an ExecOnline coach.
