Enhancement: My Learning Collections List on the Dashboard

Learning collections are displayed directly on the participant dashboard for better visibility and easier access.

Written by Richard Virginia

Participants' learning collections are now displayed directly on the learning dashboard for easier access - no need to navigate through menus to find programs.

How It Works

Finding Your Collections

When you log into ExecOnline, look to the right side of your dashboard. You'll see a "My Learning Collections" section listing all programs you're enrolled in.

Each collection shows:

  • Collection name: The title of your learning program

  • Program count: How many programs are included in the collection

  • Enrollment status: Whether you're currently enrolled

Accessing Your Programs

Click on any collection to view its programs and continue your learning journey.

Benefits

→ Quick access: See all your learning collections in one place on your dashboard homepage.

→ Better visibility: Collections appear prominently on the right side of your screen when you log in.

→ Alphabetical order: Your collections are listed alphabetically for easy scanning.

→ Still in the navigation: You can also access your collections from the top menu as before.

Common Use Cases

For Participants:

  • Quick access to programs: See all your learning collections as soon as you log in - no need to search through menus.

  • Stay organized: Easily browse all programs available to you, especially helpful when you're enrolled in multiple collections.

  • Clear starting point: Know exactly where to go to continue your learning journey.

For Admins:

  • Onboarding new participants: Direct new learners to their dashboard as a central starting point - especially useful for SSO-enabled organizations where participants land directly on the dashboard after login.

  • Simplifying communications: When reaching out to participants, you can now say "log in and check your dashboard" instead of explaining multi-step navigation paths.

  • Reducing support requests: Clear visibility of collections means fewer "where do I find my programs?" questions from learners.

  • Re-engaging inactive learners: When following up with participants, point them to their dashboard where they'll immediately see their collections and can resume their learning.
